As a mum of two, I understand how children can change your life. As your priorities change your dreams may be put on hold, or maybe you're not even sure of what you want anymore. Coaching gives you space to pause for a moment, reassess your life and discover what you want now.
Or maybe the kids have flown the nest. Suddenly the house seems empty and you are struggling to fill your time and find some purpose. These sessions are for people who are in the process of recovery from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and understand the condition and their triggers.
